DELIVERY CHARGES:
Inside Germany the delivery charges amount to €4.90 + VAT. Orders
over €150 net (order value) are delivered free of charge inside
Germany. For deliveries inside Europe we charge a flat rate
for shipping of €9.00. Other countries please contact us for
delivery conditions.
RESERVATION OF PROPRIETARY RIGHTS:
Until full payment is received, the goods remain property of
Offro Commercial Agency Bernhard Scheubert.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
The balance is due without deduction 14 days after receipt of
the delivery. We do not offer cash discounts. You may settle
your bill using bank transfer. These terms apply to orders inside
Germany only. Other countries please contact us.
RETURNS:
Returns are only possible after prior consultation. In case
of justified queries we agree to pay for shipping. We would
like you to be one hundred percent satisfied with everything
you order from us; this is why we take full responsibility for
our products.
